On February 8, 2025, Pennsylvania's Commissioner is soliciting comments regarding the current export list. Individuals may request in writing that coverage be added or removed from the list. 

If you wish to comment, you must submit a written statement within 30 days from the date of publication of this bulletin. Each written statement must include details and facts to inform the Insurance Department of the exact basis of the statement. Please see the attachment for more information.
