On August 7, 2023, New Hampshire issued a bulletin laying out notice required when a producer is terminated for cause. In this bulletin the NHID urges all insurance carriers to review their records to ensure that all terminations for cause over the previous 3 years (August 1, 2020 to August 1 2023) have been reported to the NHID Carriers have 30 days from the date of the bulletin to bring their organization into compliance.
