California California is adding new Non-Uniform (State-specific) questions on March 25th, 2022 that will impact initial and renewal applicants for both individual and business entities and residents and nonresidents.
The questions that are to be added in the initial license application and renewals:
**Question 3A:** Are you currently a party to, or have you ever been found liable in, any lawsuit, arbitrations or mediation proceeding involving allegations of fraud, misappropriation or conversion of funds, misrepresentation or breach of fiduciary duty?
**Question 4A: **Are you currently a party to, or have you ever been found liable in, any lawsuit, arbitrations or mediation proceeding involving allegations of fraud, misappropriation or conversion of funds, misrepresentation or breach of fiduciary duty?
